What each tier includes, what each tier costs, and how the Compliance module slots on top.

Together has four tiers and one add-on. The tiers are mutually exclusive: every org is on exactly one of Free, Grow, Raise, or Enterprise. Compliance is the only add-on; it attaches to any tier, paid or free.

Pricing is GST-inclusive and quoted in AUD (your tax invoice shows the GST component). Grow, Raise, and Enterprise are mutually exclusive; pick one. Compliance is independent of the tier and can be added or removed without disturbing the base subscription.

Compliance pricing is tailored to each customer - it depends on entity type, number of recipients, and how often you cut new election periods. Get in touch via /contact for a quote.

What each tier includes

Free ($0)

Unlimited data ingestion: NationBuilder sync, Raisely sync, CSV import.
Donor list and donation history.
Donation forms and checkout links, including branding.
Organisation-wide revenue target with on-track pacing, from the Engage dashboard.
Data export and the public API (/api/v1).

Intelligence features (scoring, asks, segments) are not included on Free.

Grow ($249/month)

Everything in Free, plus:

Donor intelligence: RFM scoring, upgrade / lapse / reactivation signals.
Suggested ask amounts per donor.
Worklist: a ranked list of donors to act on, each with a one-click pre-filled ask link you generate and share by hand.
Segment builder.
Campaign & channel analytics.
CRM write-back: segment tags and next-best-ask amounts written back to NationBuilder (raw scores stay in Together).

Raise ($495/month)

Everything in Grow, plus:

Automated sequences (welcome, reactivation, recovery, upgrade).
AI-generated messaging.
Email sending from your own verified domain, up to 20,000 emails per month.
Synced Mailchimp segments.
Personalised Campaigns - a personalised donation link per donor, attributed back to the campaign.
Calling briefs.
Revenue attribution.
Embed donation forms on your own domain (e.g. give.yourcharity.org), so Apple Pay shows up for every Safari donor. On Free and Grow the embed works everywhere too, but Apple Pay only appears inside it on Raise.

Enterprise (custom)

Everything in Raise, with:

Custom email volume above 20,000 per month.
Custom deliverability infrastructure and dedicated IP options.
Custom integrations (Action Network, Zoho, Salesforce NPSP, etc.).
Priority sync scheduling.
Multi-org management for federations and state branches.
SLA + priority support.
Advanced analytics.

Enterprise pricing is negotiated based on scale and complexity (typically $1,000-3,000+/mo). Contact via /contact.

Compliance (add-on, contact us for pricing)

The compliance module sits on top of any tier. It is independent: an org on Free can subscribe to Compliance without upgrading the base tier. Pricing is per-customer (entity type, recipient count, election cadence); contact us for a quote.

Donation cap monitoring against the Federal regime.
Disclosure threshold alerts and crossing detection.
Disclosure period tracking with AEC deadline calculations.
Returns prepared in AEC-acceptable formats.
Federal election period infrastructure.

The Federal regime changes on 1 January 2027. Until then, disclosures run on the financial-year regime (FY 2025-26 threshold $17,300; FY 2026-27 threshold also $17,300, over a six-month period truncated 31 December 2026). From 1 January 2027 a $50,000 calendar-year cap per donor applies and the disclosure threshold drops to $5,000.

Transaction fees

Tiers cover SaaS; donation processing fees are a separate, flow-through cost.

Cards: 3.4% + $0.30 domestic, 5.0% + $0.30 international.
BECS and PayTo: size-tiered. 2.0% + $0.30 up to $250, 1.0% + $0.30 from $250.01 to $500, 0.5% + $0.30 above $500.

Donation forms and checkout links are available on the Free tier, so an org with no SaaS budget can use Together as a low-fee donation processor indefinitely.

Free and Grow. Sign up at /get-started (name + org, optional CRM, optional Stripe Connect, dashboard), then activate Grow from Settings -> Billing — a Stripe Checkout collects payment and turns the tier on.
Compliance is an add-on available on any tier, including Free. Pricing is per-customer (entity type, recipient count, election cadence); contact us for a quote.
Raise and Enterprise are not yet self-serve. Contact us with your entity type and rough donor / recipient counts and we'll get back to you with a quote and an onboarding plan.

How to downgrade

Open Settings -> Billing and click Cancel subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; tier features are available until then. After period end, the org drops to Free (for the base tier) or loses the Compliance module (for the add-on).

Cancelling does not delete data. If an org re-subscribes later, its donor list, forms, and historical donations are still there.
